Hi! My name is Amanda and I provide [mostly] on-location photography throughout the Twin Cities MN metro area.

 

I fell in love with photography early on in life. There is just something to be said about being able to capture a tangible, lasting memory for someone. In 2014, I was asked to photograph a wedding for a family friend and after much consideration, I decided to go for it. Afterward, I couldn't have been happier. It is such an honor to be able to see true love being shared with family and friends, through the viewfinder of my camera. Every wedding is unique and each couple has their own quirky/distinctive way of showing endearment for one another; it is my job to capture that and tell a story from the moments I photograph. As I further my knowledge and continue pushing the limits to my creativity, I find myself falling in love with photography all over again with each new couple I get to meet!  

 

Although I enjoy a good date-night out with my husband, we usually just can't find the time. During the warmer months, my daughter plays on a fast pitch softball team and my weekends are generally spent at the ball field or shooting weddings. In the wintertime, you can find our family at the race track (or in the garage prepping/fixing the sleds on the nights we aren't at the track). Our adventurous twelve year old races snowmobiles in Snocross and we all love every single minute of it. Our life is crazy, fun and a pretty chaotic, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. No matter where I am or what I am doing, you can bet that I've got my camera nearby because, let me tell you, no two moments are EVER the same in my family.
